Please note that we are currently relocating our warehouse from Berlin to Cape Town. For this reason, some picture frames on our website are currently located in Cape Town and some in Berlin.

These picture frames will be dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin within 1-3 working days.

Picture frames in Cape Town

Picture frames ordered via our website that are currently in our warehouse in Cape Town are packed there. Once a month, these orders are sent collectively in a recycling crate to Berlin, from where the parcels are labelled and sent to your delivery address by DHL.

One order from two different warehouses

If you order picture frames from the Berlin warehouse AND the Cape Town warehouse within one order, your order will be shipped as soon as all the picture frames are available in our warehouse in Berlin.
