of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration by post or e-mail.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back in their original condition including Frame, Glass, original free placeholder image and grey backing board. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an extent that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods with you.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
